1. Return Period: You have up to 3 business days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return for eligible items.

2. Eligibility: We accept returns only for items that have been damaged during shipping. If your item has been damaged, please follow the instructions in section 3 to initiate a return.

3. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the damage, and photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Our Customer Service team will review your case and provide you with further instructions on returning the damaged item.

4. Return Process: If your damaged item is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned damaged item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

6. Non-Eligible Returns: Please note that we do not accept returns for any items that are not damaged due to shipping. We are not responsible for issues related to the application or use of the product.
